We ship most orders via USPS Priority Mail because we have found it to be the best and most economical option. Our website uses a sophisticated algorithm to automatically calculate the best way to package your order to minimize shipping costs.
Please ensure that the USPS delivers to the shipping address that you provide in your order. You can do this by visiting usps.com and entering your shipping address in their Zip Code look up tool. If the address is not found, please provide an alternative shipping address if possible. If the USPS does not deliver to your address, we may need to contact you to arrange alternative shipping which could delay your order.
While we make every effort to package candles securely for shipping, sometimes breakage does occur. If you discover that a candle has been damaged during shipping, be careful not to cut yourself on any sharp glass. Please email us a photo of the damaged candle, so we can improve our packaging methods, and let us know what parts of your order were damaged and which parts, if any, were not. Then, we will ship out replacement candles to you at no charge. Again, please be careful when disposing of the broken glass, and do not attempt to burn or melt any candle that has been damaged.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy. If you would like to exchange or return an item for any reason please contact us for return approval and then enclose your invoice and merchandise in the original packaging. Send the box insured to the address below. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D., and we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
